Sohbat Bah Zaan

Sohbat is a series of abstract works that reflect the confronting conversations and resulting emotions experienced by Ashkan during a significant period in his life. Moments in time in which there was a realization that the person on the other side of the discussion could not comprehend his position and he was not able to comprehend theirs. Sohbat is a series of work that helped him break those complexities down one emotion at a time. He painted those people in a simplistic state, one idea at a time, freezing the moment and linking it to the next until he could work through the sum as a whole.
